Voice Professor Takes Salt Lake City by Storm

Robert Sims, Professor of Voice at the NIU School of Music, will appear in two notable performances in Salt Lake City this weekend, January 15 and 16.

On Saturday, January 15, Robert sings in recital at the Cathedral of the Madeline in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King. Robert will be accompanied by pianist Paul Hamilton and guitarist Michael Lucarelli.

Even more notable is Robert's performance on Sunday, January 16, as the guest soloist with the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra. The performance will be broadcast live on many radio stations (9:30 a.m. Mountain Time, 10:30 a.m. Central Time). You may click here to find a radio station in your area that will carry the performance's broadcast. A telecast at a later date is being planned, and a copy of the performance program is available here.
