Violin Professor at Noted Chamber Festival


Blaise Magniere, First Violinist of NIU's Avalon String Quartet and holder of the Richard O. Ryan Endowed Chair in Violin in the NIU School of Music, performed at the Icicle Creek Chamber Music Festival on July 10, 2011.

The Icicle Creek Chamber Music Festival is located in Leavenworth, Washington, and is noted for its many ground-breaking performances and pairings of musicians from around the world in addition to the tremendous natural beauty of the surrounding area.
