The Jack Olson Gallery in the NIU School of Art has published a catalog to accompany and document the exhibition Inked: Tattoo Imagery in Contemporary Art, an exhibition co-curated by Olson Gallery and NIU Museum Studies Program Coordinator Peter Van Ael and NIU Museum Studies alumna and MA in Metals/Jewelry candidate Agnes Ma. The catalog contains interviews the curators conducted with the artists, and is lavishly illustrated, reproducing all works included in the exhibition and documenting the actual exhibition with photographs by Museum Studies and MFA in Photography candidate Sarah Rivers.
